First of all... did you know that when a Mac hangs,you can
exit by holding in that white button on the front? Just
push it for what seems like an eternity, but it's really
more like 5 - 10 seconds.

Oh, if I only knew! Maybe someone here has an idea, but I
can ask around for you. One of my good friends uses Mac.
Which OS do you have? For starers, I'd say get youself a
"better" browser. If you don't need integrated software, I
use a very nice browser called Firefox.
I've altered my HOSTS file so I run in stealth mode for
99.99% of unwanted popups. My browser (Firefox) blocks pop
ups, I use a router with 2 firewalls in it, plus a personal
firewall and antivirus....
so I viewed Jack's URL with absolutely no problem.
