Hi SF. What I really like is chili served over the little Hungarian style dumplings. Nokeldi. Or some such spelling. We call them Nockerln. Basically the same recipe as for Spaetzle, but a different shape. In a pinch I like Texas Goulash served over bowtie pasta.
