Oil is miserable to clean up. I once dropped a huge plastic ketchup bottle
on the kitchen floor. It literally exploded and splattered ketchup on every
single surface in my kitchen, including the upper cabinets and ceiling. The
plastic used in those bottles is as brittle as glass. Horrible mess to clean
up and I swear I found hidden globs of ketchup for weeks.
