yes. My worst ever was this. I had just made a big batch of my blue cheese dressing.
I put it in a plastic "jar" type container. It was a stiffer plastic type container. The next morning when I went to get the blue cheese dressing out to fill the little container for my lunch salad, it slipped out of my hand.

The FULL brittle plastic container literally shattered and blue cheese dressing was EVERYWHERE.
The exploding container flung the dressing all over the floor, the cabinets, under the refrigerator, the walls and ME.

I had to clean for days to make sure I got every tiny place because you know what blue cheese smells like.....OMG
