Well, if we're leaving overfishing, politics, etc aside and talking strictly
flavor....
Not in any particular order:
shark
swordfish
halibut
ling cod
mahi mahi
tilapia
northern pike
walleye
ono
tuna
trout
salmon (not farmed, and only Alaskan..I like coho and chinook, and king)

I'm sure there's a couple I'm forgetting, but... ;-)
