I occasionally get breakfast sausage from our local Dutch diet. He
usually makes it in a tube about 2"thick but once in a while he makes it
in links. It is pretty good. Another local butcher specialized in
sausages and his links are pretty darned good. I don't bother with the
stuff they sell in the grocery store. They are all nasty.
