Lunch today
I had leftovers of some sort of a one pot meal that was pasta,
crumbled Sicilian sausage (browned), pureed tomatoes, seasonings and
spinach with grated parm cheese lightly sprinkled on top. I guess you
could call it Baked Ziti with Spinach and Sausage, except I used
Cellentaini.
Lunch today was a couple scoops of that added to some commercial
vegetable broth to make soup. Giving hubby the award for creativity.
I'm rather unimaginative when it comes to leftovers.
