Have you tried Paula Deen's cinnamon roll recipe? Say what you will
about Paula Deen (I certainly do), but I think she hit this one out of
the ballpark - the dough and filling were great. A half recipe of the
glaze was too much for me - but YMMV (on the filling too), of
course... just don't mess around with the dough.
