Agreed. If they try to alter the childs behavior (as badly as it
obviously needs it) they're gonna end up being the "bad guys" in the
follow on family "mess" that's bound to come of it.
Personally, I'd just say "that's what's for dinner." (unless it's
something really bizarre that obviously a kid would probably not want,
such as tripe, etc)
