That's really stupid. Just smack the separted cloves of garlic with the
flat side of a knife. Then remove the peel with your fingers. Throw
away the papery outside and peel the husk. Then mince the cloves of
garlic. Julie makes it sound so terribly difficult. It's really not.

for peeling garlic.
