Yeah, you definitely have to have the Just For U to get some of the buys,
and you have to click on the deals through your computers to add, or by
using the computer in their stores. What a bunch of baloney. Just put it on
sale, and forget the cards that keep track of buying habits. Personally, I
am trying not to shop at stores that require a card to get the discounts
even though Safeway does have good buys with the Just for U discounts.
S-Mart and Smart and Final are about the only stores that don't require
them, now all of the drugstores in town CVS, Rite-Aid, and Walgreen's
require them too, it's just maddening.
