I like almost any shellfish better than finfish, but if we HAVE to list
the ichthyoids, here goes:

Monkfish
Sea Bass
Salmon
Tilefish
Cod
Butterfish

I *used* to like dorado (a.k.a. dolphin or mahi mahi) but I've had it poorly
prepared too many times.
