Breakfast: chorizo w. broad beans
2 chorizos, sliced thinly
1 onion
lots of garlic
a little sambal oelek
oregano
Fry these until cooked
frozen broad beans
lots of kalamata olives
1 cup red wine
Add these, and simmer until beans are cooked
Add:
water
tomato paste
Simmer for a few more minutes, and serve with pasta.
Quick and easy, and a good starter to the day.
