Fennel stalks?
Just curious to see if anyone here has tried them. I know they can be used
for fish stock but... I read that you can eat them as you would celery and
they are good for stuffing. I wound up throwing mine out, again but just
curious for the future. I think the fennel I bought was past its prime.
Had a lot of stalk and fronds and not much bulb. Plus it was tough. I was
afraid to eat it lest I not digest it. But husband liked it!
