: Another good thing is that the mayo sauce did not dry out or run off the
: fish. I put a wedge of lemon on my plate and used it, not sure if the
: other two did but the lemon did not detract from the great dijonnaise

Another good microwaave fish dish is one I devised using some sliced
vegetables like onion, green ro red pepper, and mushrooms. I put them
under adn over the fish fillet(salmon, tilapia, whatever is onsale) and
then use a salsa with teh heat of your choice adn some lemon juice. I
cover and micro until done, which usually depends on the thickness. It is
a nice, low carb, low fat easy dish that cooks up really in minutes
aftertaking about 203 minutes to prepare.
