I did not cook last night. We took my mom out to eat.
Still using up freezer food. Wouldn't you know that husband developed a
mouth ulcer when I planned to serve him hot salsa. So instead he has gauc
and sour cream. I have salsa verde. We are both having beef taquitos (365,
Whole Foods), pinto beans from scratch and some rice made with green
peppers, cilantro, tomato sauce and vegetable stock. I didn't want to make
it spicy.
Daughter is having mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, raw carrots and red
peppers.
