Nothing, really! It's just never eventuated for some reason.
I've eaten plenty of lasagna in my time - some nice, some not so
nice... but I do know I love a good lasagna. Which makes it all the
more odd that I haven't personally made my own...

I'll make it very soon. I have a couple of Porterhouses that need
using ASAP, so will cook those tonight. If I have the white sauce
ingredients in the pantry I'll aim to make it tomorrow.

Don't you find that things like Spag Bol and Lasagna leftovers taste
better than freshly made?

Agree with eating the same thing for days, I don't make the huge pots
of stews like I used to any more for that reason - just enough for two
days... after that I need something different.
