When I last had to stay on soft foods while an implant grew some more
bone, my breakfast was a half cup of All-Bran cereal, a banana and a cup
of flavored yoghurt blended together. It became a bit old but I could at
least vary the flavor of the yoghurt.

I detest sweetened porridge but I don't find it too nauseating, eaten
Scottish style with salt and cream.
