You're talking about the old style Farberware Classic cookware, they
still cook fine but the new ones cook far better. The new Classic
Farberware pans with impact bonded ss bottoms over heavy aluminum
cores are fabulous, in sets and open stock at very reasonable
prices... I treated myself to some new ones to replace my old style
Farberware... I'd not consider buying any other.
