I'm not saying you're making it up. I've simply never encountered it.
I buy clothes online because there is a dearth of good clothing stores
in this area. I haven't run into being charged extra for a tracking
number. Perhaps if you have the option of standard shipping (often
free) or paying extra for faster delivery? <shrugs>
