The leftover meat was still good but it would have been better to have a
bite with crispy skin. Oh well. I like to cook extra to have some for
breakfast or lunch the next day. I still eat leftover chicken over the
sink in the kitchen.

These were bone-in thighs with skin. Great
sale on them so I got the family sized pack. Great sale on breast
quarters with bone, too, so I have a bunch of those to grill. I've been
more into chicken for my protein than beef lately.
