I like Facebook. Hundreds of my customers are on there and we have
created a group just for people interested in cruising. Like the rfc
page, it isn't moderated but we have administrators who have the
authority to ban someone immediately if they get abusive.... and since
it is a private group, you have to be approved before you are allowed to
become a member. That pretty much stops the anonymous BS... although
there are still some who will try.

Facebook, Usenet, Twitter etc... all are just tools and when you use
them on your own terms, can be a lot of fun.
