I've gone through the years of training myself to remember the list
and I'm pretty good at it now. Sitting down and actually writing a
list doesn't work for me. I need to write it down as I run out or
know I will need for some recipe I plan to make soon.
If I had a smart phone, I'd figure out how to keep my grocery list on
that because I often drop by the store on a whim after being out doing
something else... which means I don't have my list with me.
