You're quite small-minded, Ian; look, this happens all over
Europe. Just drop into a supermarket in Vienna, Helsinki, Milan or
Porto - everywhere the same pre-marinated lousy food, everywhere
the same non-descript rosés, and piles of charcoal to incinerate
everything.
