That's an interesting feature. I've never done it, but has a certain
inevitable reason to it. It reminds me of how some people--a regional
thing I think--don't think a hot dog is worth eating without cole slaw
on it. This also makes a certain sense, despite the fact I've never
tried it, but only with a certain finely-shaved kind of slaw.
