The thin sliced ribeyes can be delicate so you'd have to proceed
carefully. It won't be possible to flatten them so you're stuck with the
size they come in. You could make small rolls and deep fry them. That
would be very tasty. I don't think they would take kindly to braising or
slow cooking. OTOH, I've never tried those methods. We have some thinly
sliced cross rib roasts that would probably braise great. I'll probably
make some rolls from that this week. Thanks for the recipe.

I was talking to a guy who was in San Francisco last week. His 19 year
old grandson seems to have disappeared in the area around Golden Gate
park. It seems that he's the third person to be missing under similar
circumstances in a short time. It's a strange thing.
