I don't think I've ever seen/had a roast with a bone. Yes, I have seen
pics.
My husband and my dad and I think maybe even my nephew like to chew meat
from bones. Me? Not a meat lover. I do like lean crispy bacon though.
And what does removing chicken skin have to do with cholesterol?
