I seem to recall seeing a recipe for "white chocolate pizza" many years
ago. It was purely a candy confection. Topped with candied fruit and
shredded sweetened coconut to be the "mozzaralla" topping. Too sweet
for my taste, but I've definitely seen a recipe for it someplace.
