In addition, here's a recipe my sister sent me that I like.
Salmon Patties
1 can salmon
1 C breadcrumbs (I use unflavored)
1/2 onion chopped finely
3 T mayo (I dislike mayo but it's ok in this recipe)
2 eggs
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic salt (I use powdered garlic)
1 - 2 T oil in pan for cooking.
Makes 8 patties - uncooked or cooked patties freeze nicely.
