That is not as you think. I worked for a company where the father
died. the son inherited the business. It was doing OK, but not making
a fortune. The inheritance tax put him out of business and put 25 of
us out of work. IRS does not want installment payments, they want
cash NOW. There was not enough cash. Business sold and then closed.
