I love this delicious moist chocolate cake ( when its baked, the
courgettes/zucchini are invisible)

Chocolate courgette cake
> 120 g butter, softened
> 125ml sunflower oil
> 100g castor sugar
> 200g soft brown sugar
> 3 beaten eggs
> 130 ml milk
> 350 g plain flour
> 2 teaspoons baking powder
> 5 tablespoons cocoa pawder
> 450 g courgettes, peeled and grated
> 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
> set oven to 190c/350F
> mix the butter oil and both sugars until light and fluffym gradually add
> the eggs then the milk until thoroughly mixed
> sift the flour, BP and cocoa together and fold in
> stir in the grated courgette and vanilla.
> line a 20x 30 cm tin.
> bake for 35 to 45 mins
> cut into squares while still warm
