Freezing leftover wine?

I did and they didn't freeze properly. It's that alcohol. I'm not
surprised they didn't freeze as expected because I've read so many
cautions about the amount of real booze to use when making ice cream,
so I'll have to exercise some caution when I make rum raisin,
Bourbon-Vanilla or Roasted Banana Whiskey ice cream or else it won't
set properly. I'm thinking I'll want to use some of the real thing,
but I should probably invest in some flavoring too.
