You have to admit, some types of gas leave more of a flavor trace than
others . . .

In other news, I tried something new yesterday. I was getting a
meatloaf ready for the oven, and it looked is usual quiet,
non-impressive self. Then I thought "Hey, I've got a lazy person's
smoker sitting right out side that door..." Hmmmm....

Anyway, meatloaf smoked over pecan for 2-1/2 hours at 250 is very
moist and most excellent. I put it in an aluminum pan, not touching
the sides, so it would be maximum exposure to the smoke. Yum...
