Snipped most of the silly story.

I recently had several cans of soup that froze when I forgot to bring
them in from my truck overnight. They thawed just fine and I've eaten
most of them. I would not keep them for years though, just in case the
seal was compromised.

Put an 'X' on them with a Sharpie, and use them up first if you have
other cans too. HTH :-)
