Like marc. I once told someone that I preferred brandy and cognacs that
have a bit of an edge to them, a VS or VSO, rather than VSOP which are
usually too smooth for me. He offered me a class of marc. As I sip and
savoured the marc I experienced many tastes and sensations, none of them
pleasant.
