Default Coffee with Liquor - What is good?

As someone else mentioned, an Irish coffee is basically coffee, added
cream and/or sweetner, and whiskey. I make it here for myself
regularly - it's a fine way to end the day and the coffee part doesn't
keep me up at all.

My formula is a shot of espresso and equal amount half-and-half,
yielding what's known as a cafe latte, or half coffee and half milk. I
add vanilla syrup homemade and a little Jack Daniels. It is delicious,
and it doesn't matter that you don't like whiskey - I almost never drink
the stuff by itself, either, but this way, it works out great.
