You hit my favorite right out of the chute with Baileys Irish Cream. I love it in hot black coffee like a piglet enjoys slop. I love any kind of whiskey too but it tastes funny in coffee. Baileys uses neutral grain spirits aka vodka for their likker ration..so maybe that what makes it taste best. When I buy at the Store I get St. Brendan's cuz it made with real Irish Whisky (Think cheap Scotch here) so it dont taste as good as Baileys but its way cheaper and has pictures of Monks on it which I always like to help out poor broke holy folks. Somebody try to make me drink coffee with Fireball in it would get me to puking..lol. The clone Irish Cream is real easy to make at home. Millions of recipes floating around out there in cyberspace. I like Scotch for the ho made stuff. Keeps us posted. Thanks.
