So what? Whether he goes to trial or not some facts are already known:

1) He's drives around with a gun looking for the criminals. (Gun nut!)

2) He certainly seems to be practicing for confrontation.

3) He shot and killed and unarmed man.

None of this is contested by Zimmerman.
