Slice all thinly into a bowl and toss with your favorite olive oil, s n' p, and
drizzle with decent balsamico.... serve mounded on a platter of lettuce and
topped with fresh mozz and olives.... put out a couple sticks sopressata, a
freshly baked bread, a jug of dago red and you don't need to cook.
