I'm not a pepper fanatic but at least with a refillable pepper mill you
can choose which peppercorns to grind (and select the grind, fine to
course). I like the Tellicherry peppercorns.

I wouldn't buy one of those disposable pepper mills. Not because I'm
concerned about saving the planet (after all, the world is going to end
on December 22nd LOL) but they do seem terribly wasteful.
