Hi all

I'm writing some calories tracking software and need some help with
weights/measures. I need to be able to express different measures (US
versions) in grams and ml, here are the conversions I have so far :

dry measures:

kilo = 1000 g
oz = 28.35 g
lb = 453.6 g
teaspoon = 4.93 g
tblspoon =14.79 g

fluid measures:

teaspoon = 4.93 ml
tblspoon = 14.79 ml
floz = 29.57 ml
cup = 237 ml
pint = 473 ml

do these look about right? I had to guestimate the teaspoon and tblspoon
values for dry measures. The rest came from onlineconversion.com

any input appreciated
