Strange - beercan chicken is the kind of thing I do when I'm not trying to
make a show, but just want to cook a chicken. I've found it to be simple,
quick to prepare, and with consistent results. Plus I get to drink the rest
of the can.

As it happens, I use cider (the English alcoholic kind) rather than beer,
but the method is the same.
