Tonight I took another chunk of french bread and used Hormel Calabrese
Salami (also bought unrefrigerated) and it was delicious. There is a
salad dressing called Ken's and they sell Three Cheese Italian Dressing.
Superb on subs-spread on the bread, top with salami, bake till the
salami starts to curl its edges, then top with mozzarella and lightly
brown.

Hormel must be doing something unpleasantly different to their regular
pepperoni which I have been buying for 35yrs.
