Default Fig For Health and Fitness

Fig is really a nice fruit, mostly used in dried form to store it for longer time.
Fig has dual health effects, it can loose weight and also gain weight for our body depending upon the using method.
If we eat fig alone its a good fitness fruit and on the other hand if we use it in milk soaked form it becomes a best weight gaining food.
