Those frozen berries can also be added to carrot muffins. For years a
local donut chain sold horrible dishwater coffee, second rate donuts and
dry muffins, but their cranberry carrot muffins were great. I used to
stop there on my breaks and endure the bad coffee just to have those
terrific muffins.
