No defense of Disney world but it is pretty likely it is some scammer
using the words "disney world" as a hook.

Problem is the do not call law can't do anything about scammers from out
of the country. They use VoIP and can call from anywhere.

And the main reason it will never go away is the same reason email SPAM
continues. There will be a certain percentage of people who don't
question anything and will respond to anything.
