Maybe make a note to buy a couple of winter blankets. I very recently
bought two very warm woolen blankets at the local thrift store, only
$5 each, they are in like new condition and were recently dry cleaned.
They will be perfect for my barn cat Newt. I wouldn't sleep with an
electric blanket, wouldn't even own one. I do have a small electric
heating pad but I can't remember why I bought it and haven't used it
for probably more than 40 years. I don't even remember where it is,
I'm thinking somewhere in my linen closet but I wouldn't bet on it.
Don't be such a cheapo *******, buy yourself some warm blankets,
they'll be a lot less money than the doctor bills when you come down
with pneumonia.
