Default OT - surgery tomorrow

Thank you for your kind words! Means a lot to me. I didn't get
much encouragement from my surgeon but the PT assessment was very
informative. She said the nerves are damaged and likely will heal with
time. I don't know exactly what it all means but swelling is still
causing the numbness in my leg and foot but I can actually feel
improvement! Only 2 spots with pain, the rest just pins and needles.
Before surgery 2 it was just all pain. She said I was walking ok, but
if any of the nerve damage is permanent (small chance of that) I will
have to relearn some things, like walking. This is worst case scenario
so I will just go with the flow and do the PT as directed and see where
it goes.
