I think sugar cookies taste 100% better when their toasty. But maybe when
they're not toasty they're like wedding cookies?
Sometimes I cook puff pastry. I put some jelly and whipped frosting inside.
But I'm very careful to avoid browning them too much.
I hate overly-brown puff pastry desserts. I also hate butter cookies.
