tomatoes and cucumbers and red onions

You've got a great start on gazpacho. Perhaps 2 peeled cucumbers, 1 pound of
tomatoes (peeled if you want to bother), and half a purple onion), half a cup
of vinegar, 4 ice cubs, a slice of dried bread, a drizzle of olive oil, and a
little salt and pepper, put it in the blender, and that's about all you need.
Of course, there's more you CAN do. . . . oregano, basil, bell pepper, thyme,
celery, garlic . . . Some folks like to put croutons on top. Serve chilled.
